The best BH referee Irfan Peljto will be on the big stage in European competitions in the first round of the new year.
UEFA has decided to entrust Peljta with the match of the 7th round of the European League between AZ Alkmaar and Roma, which will be played on Thursday at 18:45.
At home, AZ Alkmaar wants to get as close as possible to the middle of the table and secure a place in the knockout phase, while Roma aims for a place among the top eight teams in the table, which lead directly to the round of 16.
For Peljta, this will be the sixth game in seven rounds of the Champions League and European League this season. He refereed four games in LP, and this will be his second in EL.
Irfan Peljta will be accompanied by his standard duo of assistants Senad Ibrišimbegović and Davor Beljo, while the fourth referee is Antoni Bandić.
