The Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton has filed an indictment against two police stations of the Kalesija Samir police station. V (53) and Memsura. N (41) Due to the existence of a reasonable suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of unscathed work in the service. The indictment was sent to the Municipal Court in Kalesija on confirmation.
There is a reasonable suspicion that these police officers, in the scope of work of the Police station, have acted contrary to the provisions of the Law on FBiH Domestic Protection and the Rules of Protective Measures for the perpetrators of the Police Competence.
