The President of the union Samir Kurtović stated that good results were realized in the last few years that are reflected in the protection and improvement of the status and rights of workers.
He expressed satisfaction with good cooperation with the authorities and a signed collective agreement for a period of three years.
– We currently have more than 14,000 unions members and our membership is growing day by day because it is recognized to protect the rights of workers in a quality way – Kurtović stated.
The union’s anniversary congratulated the President of the Independent Union of Civil Servants and Employees of BiH Radenko Mirkovic and the Director of the Employers of the FBiH Mario Nenadić, who wanted to continue successful work and cooperation.
The ceremony was also attended by the deliberate and Minister of Finance of the Federation of BiH Toni Kraljević, the Federal Minister of Justice Vedran Škobić, and numerous representatives of the cantons and municipalities, as well as presidents of other unions.
As part of the anniversary marking, the Traditional Assembly of the Trade Union was held and the promotion of the book “Union.” Samir Kurtovic and Adila Aljić.
