The interlocutors exchanged the opinions on strengthening regional cooperation, the situation in Southeast Europe and other issues of mutual interest, the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia.
Minister Grlić Radman expressed support for the work of the Regional Cooperation Council, including engagement in the coordination of the implementation of strategic documents, which support the development and economic integration of the Western Balkans.
He emphasized that the credible perspective of the enlargement of the European Union is a strategic investment in European security and stability.
The Republic of Croatia will continue to share experiences from its own pre-accession process and previous membership in the EU, said Minister Radman, and added that the future will encourage the progress of the Western Balkans on their path to the EU.
