Bosnia and Herzegovina has recently become part of a complex international security investigation that reveals a wide network of sabotage operations in Europe, related to Russian intelligence services. In the center of this case, there is Aleksandar Bezrukavyi, a Russian citizen who was arrested in Bosnian Krupa in December 2024. years.
BezRukavyi was charged with a key role in sabotages that have affected several European countries, including Poland, Great Britain and Germany.
The British newspaper Guardian points out that his arrest marked the beginning of revelation of the wider Russian sabotage that left a deep mark in the Balkans and in Europe.

Packages, which seemed ordinary objects such as clothing, toys and cosmetic products, contained improvised explosive devices that were placed with the aim of causing serious incidents.
Incident from July 2024. Years

Similar incidents occurred in Germany and Poland, and all these explosions were associated with the same network of Russian saboters who used Bosnia as a transit point for sending packages.
