Tešnjak Adnan Talo, who has been living and working in Piacenza, Italy for years, embarked on an unusual journey this July. He will travel about 1,060 kilometers on his bicycle to reach the Potočari Memorial Center, where he will pay tribute to the victims of the genocide in Srebrenica.
This demanding route, which leads through several countries, is not only a sporting challenge, but above all an act of respect, memory and responsibility towards history. With his ride, Adnan wants to honor the innocent victims and send a message that the truth and the culture of memory must be preserved and passed on to future generations. Crossing more than a thousand kilometers requires great physical fitness, mental strength and exceptional determination.
