After more than three years spent in Russian captivity, the former Mayor of Herson Volodimir Mikolajenko is finally at large. He was released yesterday, 24. August, as part of the great exchange of prisoners, writes Ukrainian justice, referring to local sources.

His fate was completely unknown until the end of November 2022. year, when representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross confirmed that it is located in Russian captivity.
