Every time you leave, you will be born again “is a hybrid documentary that investigates the concept of departure and return, memory and identity through a personal and introspective story.
The film was supported by: Ministry of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska, Centre Du Cinéma de la Région Wallonie Brussels, Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Serbia and the city of Banja Luka.
The film carries a carboy of Mladen Bundala, director and an interdisciplinary artist who live and creates in Brussels. His films often investigate boundaries between the real and subjective, records of migration, affiliation and identity pursuit through an essay, experimental and documentary expression.
Zoran Pilipović is the director of photography, which through static, thoughtful staff builds the atmosphere of introspection and nostalgia. The assembly rhythm is designed through cooperation between the author and Lou Vercelletto, while sound landscapes and the sound design entrusted with Hélène Clerz-Denizot, which creates a suggestive sound image of the internal trip. The final mix of sound is signed by the Rémi Gérard, and the color correction of Pierre-Louis Cassou.
