“Thanks to the financial support of the Hercegovinajek company, which is owned by Mr. Šemdusin Hasić, the former president of the Velež Mostar Football Club and a great friend of the Club, the implementation of the construction project of the new “Zdenka” tribune, which will functionally and architecturally connect the southern and eastern tribunes of the Rođeni stadium, will begin.
With the construction of the “Zdenka” tribune, the Rođeni stadium will be further rounded as a whole, thus continuing the multi-year process of transforming the stadium into a modern football complex. The new tribune will improve the overall atmosphere at the stadium, better connection between the tribunes, and additional comfort and safety for spectators. This will give the Rođeni stadium an even more recognizable visual identity, as well as functional solutions that are in line with modern infrastructure standards in professional football.
The construction of the “Zdenka” tribune represents another important step towards the realization of the Club’s long-term vision, to make the Rođeni stadium one of the most beautiful and functional football buildings in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a place where Velež will play big games in the future, welcome opponents in excellent conditions and, together with its loyal fans, write new pages of the club’s history.
