In the period from 21. until 24. January 2025, the Federation of BiH’s Tax Administration, of the Federation of BiH, was performed by 227 inspections in the area of several cantons, aimed at verifying the laws of taxpayers who perform service activities.
During the supervision, inspectors found 536 reported workers and 35 unreported workers. Also, 4 facilities were discovered without the approval of the competent authority, 2 taxpayers who did not have a fiscal device installed, and 68 taxpayers who did not record traffic via the fiscal device.
Due to the identified irregularities, including the engagement of unrepaired workers, work without the approval of the competent authority, non-authentication through the fiscal device and the absence of a fiscal device, 25 facilities were sealed. Also, 136 misdemeanor orders were issued with the total sentenced fines of 265,100 KM.
Review of controls per cantons shows the following results:
- Sarajevo Canton: 57 Control, 74 Reported workers, 6 undersigned, 7 taxpayers without a fiscal device. Penalties in the amount of 56,000 KM.
- Tuzla Canton: 34 Controls, 75 registered, 14 unregistered workers, 1 facility without approval, 13 taxpayers without a fiscal device. Penalties in the amount of 54,300 KM.
- Zenica-Doboj Canton: 48 Control, 105 registered, 7 unregistered workers, 20 taxpayers without a fiscal device. Penalties in the amount of 32,950 KM.
- Herzegovina-Neretva Canton: 32 Controls, 45 registered, 6 unregistered workers, 2 facilities without approval, 14 taxpayers without a fiscal device. Penalties in the amount of 42,700 KM.
- Central Bosnia Canton: 28 Control, 144 reported workers, 2 unregistered, 1 facility without approval, 7 taxpayers without a fiscal device. Penalties in the amount of 44,650 KM.
- West Herzegovinian Canton: 8 Control, 24 Reported workers, 2 taxpayers without a fiscal device. Penalties in the amount of 17,000 KM.
- Una-Sana Canton: 12 Control, 58 reported workers, 3 taxpayers without a fiscal device. Penalties in the amount of 8,000 KM.
- Canton Livno: 8 Control, 11 reported workers, 2 taxpayers without a fiscal device. Penalties in the amount of 9,500 KM.
