On the second day of competition in the individual competition, the phenomenal Farah Onešćuk, as the youngest competitor, scored a great 629, 1 round and entered the final among the eight best competitors, where she fought for a medal.
This is Farah’s first major final at the world level, after which she took 8th place and won a whopping 108 points for the world ranking list, which are her first points this year and the Olympic cycle for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
Nedžad Džanković, who scored 617.1, which was enough for 23rd place, and Boris Filipovac, who scored 549, which was enough for 17th place, also performed for the seniors.
Without any serious investment in this young competitor, without a single sponsor, without long-term support, without any connections, Farah fights against stronger, older and many times more experienced competition solely with her exceptional talent and love for this sport.
Unfortunately, that is not enough for a serious breakthrough on the international stage.
The club sincerely hopes that someone will finally notice what a sporting gem and potential it is and give Farah the opportunity to show her full potential.
