That match ended with a division of points 28:28, and Farani saved themselves from defeat with a goal three seconds before the end. The Swiss rattled the net in the remaining time, but time had already expired.
In the other games played tonight in group B, Denmark was convincing against North Macedonia 36:24 (17:12), while in group F Hungary beat Poland 29:21 (14:10).
