– In the first phase, RS will fight for the Constitutional Order of BiH. What we have in the practice of BiH is not in the Constitution, there is no army of BiH, there is no intelligence, there is no court, there is no indirect taxes, there are no many agencies, NO Dodik.
He adds that everything will return to that level, and then the Law on Exit from the Armed Force Agreement will be made.
– If Sarajevo does not agree to return to the BiH Constitution, Republika Srpska will enter the second phase, which implies the exit from the Dayton Agreement – said Dodik.
He said that in the second phase, they would contact Serbia directly as RS, to make an agreement on the Confederation of RS and Serbia, and later in the Federation and Monetary Union with Serbia.
