The Cantonal Court in Tuzla brought a decision by which the suspect Ahmed Kastrati extends custody for another two months, until 18. September 2025. years or to a new court decision.
The court decided on the Prosecutor’s Office of TK, and after analyzing the evidence that there was a basis suspicion that Ahmed Kastrati committed a criminal offense of severe physical harm to the death consequence, not the criminal offense of the murder, for which the initially conducted investigation.
