The Prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton put a proposal for the Determination of the Munira Hadzic (46) from the existence of a reasonable criminal offenses against the security of public traffic regarding the criminal offense of public traffic due to stunning.
˝haadžić is suspected that on 26. April 2025 at the local road in the town of Lukadac, as a result of a state of confusion in which he had been struck by a pedestrian ES (45) from Capard, which at the moment was on the road near his house. From violations caused by the vehicle from the pedestrian, severe bodily injuries resulting from which he passed away at the scene “Prosecution spokesman TK, Admir Arnautović said.
The investigation was performed on the discretion of the guarantor in cooperation with the investigators of the PU Lukavac Criminal Police Department, after which the suspect was deprived of his liberty. Criminal treatment was performed over the suspect, and with the report on the committed crime, surrendered to the Prosecution.
The prosecutor has applied the order on conducting the investigation, examined or issued an order for the autopsy of the deceased.
Investigative actions are underway, and the traffic and other necessary expertise will be performed.
