Representative unions at the level of institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina are planning a collective lawsuit on behalf of approximately 23,000 employees, and the decisions will be made soon, in September
BiH Institutions Budget for this year, which has not yet been adopted in the parliamentary procedure, has not yet been adopted and the House of the Peoples Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina has not yet been initiated by the Law on Salaries and Fees.
We plan to sue. We will very soon have a session of our board of directors with one point of the agenda, and that is a meeting with the lawyer team. We plan to sue due to transportation fees, and due to the basis for paying salaries. We will suggest for all three representative unions to go to a single lawsuit because we have one employer, the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina – he pointed out for the factor Radenko Mirkovic, president of the independent union of civil servants in BiH institutions.

The state-level unions have therefore requested amendments to the Law on the Salaries of the Budget to apply, but to start from 1. January each year, so when the budget is adopted.
