At the same time, we want to remind him once again that the International Criminal Court from The Hague (ICTY) in the Judgment “Prlić and the Second” determined the existence of a joint criminal enterprise that aimed at creating a mono-ethnic territory within Bosnia and Herzegovina with the ultimate intention of the part of Bosnia and Herzegovina to neighboring Croatia.
Who is Kristijan Šmit, High Representative to receive support for the Normalization Policy Abnormal in BiH, for the policy of adaptation on the executable solutions and the creation of the third entity completely ignoring this verdict ICTY?
The support of the secessionist ethno-nationalist forces will not be absent, as will not be missed by the generator of each crisis in BiH, which is persistent and supported by unimproved ferocity. But certain Schmidt expects lobbying to support European stabilocrates, shed miles with existing ones, which and itself, push in the ambis of short-term, rotten compromises and the absence of determination to preserve their own values and civilizational paradigms.
Christian Schmidt, after the last session of the PIC, announces the alleged willingness of the International Community to apply to the requirements for the third entity and legitimate representation of the people “working to make some adaptation” of that solution. He once did it in the night of suspending the Constitution of the Federation for 24 hours.
The second time intervening before the European Court of Human Rights by advocating the protection of the active voter rights of each citizen in the case of “Kovacevic” and thus did completely denial democracy. And the third time, now intends to be obvious in the future by seizing any vision of free Bosnia and Herzegovina, without apartheid, denying one independent and sovereign state the right to democracy and fight any form of discrimination. Schmidt certainly believes that “step by step” will reach the decision of the state of BiH and lightly access to the depressing public and tired, by definition, state-organized political actors, and in a gentle way to agree to the goals of the judged associated enterprise. When Schmidt says that civilian Bosnia and Herzegovina would be a logical conclusion that, according to him, the Apartheid and the realization of the goals of the JCE may be inappropriate and dangerous to the stability and security itself, as well as the entire region.
Especially today when Bosnia and Herzegovina faces the thirty-year razoric consequences of an octroised political experiment, a negative effects on the daily basis, demographics, economy, because it is deprived of the right to democracy and unobstructed social and state development.
We invite citizens to raise their voice and express loyalty to the homeland, and political actors to the state foundation of the state on the state’s underlying issues in these difficult times. Our resistance must be in the flat of our human and political responsibility before the forces of darkness and hopelessness!
