Čelika handball players are the winners of the 11th memorial tournament “Zaim Kobilica and Pane Škrbić”, after they defeated Donji Vakuf with 45:43 in the final tonight, in the City Arena “Husejin Smajlović” in Zenica.
In the match for third place, Kakanj defeated Žepče with 37:30. Donji Vakuf reached the final by winning the semi-final against Žepč with 40:36, while Čelik defeated Kakanj in the semi-final with 41:27.
The best scorer of the tournament was not Džan Karadža from the Donji Vakuf team, Admir Hadrović from Kakanj was declared the best goalkeeper, while Admir Bjelopoljak from Čelik was declared the best player of the tournament (MVP).
Čelik organizes this tournament in memory of its former player and representative of Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zaim Kobilica, and from this year also to the deceased president Panet Škrbić.
