Cantonal Court in Tuzla, by Judge for Previous Denijal Tulumović, due to the two criminal offenses of abuse of positions or authority, due to the criminal offense of the criminal offense of the abuse of position or authority, deciding the Indian Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, in accordance with Article 243, paragraph 1. paragraph 1. of the Criminal Procedure of the FBiH, and Article 25 of the FBiH Corruption Law, given the amount of obtained property benefits by the course of the criminal offense from Article 383. The provision of Article 25. The Law on Combating Corruption and Organized Crime in the FBiH Supreme Court, organized and local responsible for the head of the XXXI in cases where the value of the obtained property benefits or damage causing these criminal offenses exceeds 100,000.00 KM.
Therefore, after the finalness of this Decision, the CPP was submitted to the Special Department of the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH for corruption, organized and intercantonal crime as the competent court for further action.
