The Cantonal Court in Tuzla, in the Criminal Procedure against Seven Accused, etc., also issued a non-authority found guilty that the criminal offense of unauthorized production and placing in the world of narcotic drugs in gaining other crimes.
The Court has sentenced prison sentences for the following casualties in a total period of 61 years and this:
Armin Sabanovic Unique prison sentence of 18 years and 4 months
Armin Rizvić A unique 17-year-for-10-year-for-10-month-old
Dževadu Fočić A unique prison sentence of 20 years
Riyadh Sabanovic A 3-year-old prison sentence and 10 months
Denis Karic Prison sentence for 1 year.
The accused were found guilty that in the area of Tuzla Canton and beyond, more consumers were sold and distributed intoxicating drugs in various species: Amphetamine (Speed), MDMA, marijuana and cocaine, and are of the same amounts of drugs.
The defendants were found guilty of violent behavior that they did towards the consumers who owed them money washing, considering that they had spent larger amounts of money, which they obtained the commission of the crime and bought real estate and moving.
The Court from the accused took the property benefit of the criminal offense, and in addition to a larger amount of money, traveling the passenger motor vehicles submitted to the Federal Property Management Agency.
The accused Emir Kuduzović and Sanela Šabanović were fully acquitted, while Denis Karic blame that he committed the crime of possession and enabling the enjoyment of narcotics.
After the verdict sentenced, Armin Armin, Armin Rizvić and Dževado Fočić, a decision extended to take longest nine months, counting from the day of the verdict.
These decisions are not final, because the parties have the right to appeal the same.
