The initiative refers to a request for the law to cease the balance of law on non-compliance and prohibit the work of the BiH BiH institutions, as well as the Law on Amendments to the Republika Srpska Criminal Code.
Crnadak pointed out that these laws, which were adopted on 27. February, “dangerous and destructive” and to endanger the safety of citizens and lead the Republika Srpska in even greater political insulation.
According to him, laws represent a threat to stability and peace, and the obligation of all institutions and individuals must be the protection of the interests of the Republika Srpska.
He added that Prime Minister Radovan Višković bears full criminal, moral and historical responsibility for the consequences of those laws, as his signature is not in those acts.
Crnadak emphasized that they will appeal to Višković to recognize the seriousness of the situation and act in accordance with the interests of the Republika Srpska, because, as he said, Republika Srpska and its interests should be in the first place.
