One of the richest people in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the owner of the Hifa Oil Group, Izudin Ahmetlić, enters a new business. The news of his engagement in this project caused great attention to the public and attracted the interest of the business community.
As he posted this week Biznisinfo.ba, Ahmetlić has joined the group of reputable businessmen in the joint firm of Ušće Stan doo Visoko. Next to him, the company’s co-owners are Mahir and Osman drought, Nihad Ugarak and Anes House – names well known in the domestic business world.
Expected, the news about the entry of Ahmetlić in the co-ownership of the company attracted the most attention, given that it is one of the most successful domestic entrepreneurs.
The company “Ušće Stan” is the owner of the attractive plot in the settlement of the near, in the center of Visoko, where the KTK drive used to be. At that location, the construction of a modern residential and business complex is planned. It is a space that was previously provided for the KTK Flow project, and in June this year, amendments to the “Unti-KTK” reference plan, which relate to this location.
Although it is not yet known whether the earlier concept will be realized or new, it is now clear that cooperation in such strong investors will bring a new value not only to the high school.
Economics soldier
Ahmetlić has repeatedly emphasized that he did not only initiate profits, but also a desire to create a new value and a community contribution. He says for himself that he is the “Soldier of Economics” and that he was learned on serious work, discipline and constant innovation.
It also points out that it is especially fulfilled when seeing the satisfaction of their employees, emphasizing that it shares with them and life challenges.
His business approach is based on the responsibilities to the community, which includes humanitarian engagement and investment in projects useful for society. That is why many expect that this project in high will bring economic momentum to the local community.
What does Ahmetlić have
Izudin Ahmetlić is the most famous as the owner of the company Hifa Oil, which last year had a total revenue of 813 million KM and a profit of 8.1 million marks. This company is the most significant private oil distributor in Bosnia and Herzegovina. But his Hifa Oil Group is much higher and includes another 20 companies.
The total annual revenues of the entire group are about 1.2 billion KM.
Hifa Oil Montenegro is located at 34. The position of the largest companies in that country by total revenues achieved in 2024. years. Hifa Oil Montenegro has had revenues from 48,787,873 euros in profit from 916,788 euros, and employed 100 workers.
The Group also deals with installation of solar power plants and are one of the leaders in the field in BiH. Their company Hifa-Oil Solar Team last year had revenues of 9.7 million KM and profit of 451,225 KM.
They are strongly present in the metal sector through Euro – metals and euro – roal. The company euro – Roal Lani had revenues of about 55 million KM and a profit of about 4 million and employed 91 workers, while Euro-metals had revenues of 71.7 million and the same number of workers. Both of these companies operate in the countries of the region, primarily in Montenegro and Croatia where they have subsidiaries.
Hifa Oil one of the leaders in the market
In addition, a few years ago, they bought a German company LB Profile GmbH that is engaged in the production of PVC windows and doors. Today, this company operates in BiH where there are annual revenues of about 9 million KM and employs 70 people, but also in Germany as a separate company.
Another of their company dealing with PVC joinery is Bowido whose seat in Matuzići and who had revenues of 28.3 million KM last year and a profit of over half a million KM. The Bowido company also has the company in the Netherlands.
Izudin Ahmetlić is the owner of the EURO – a style in Doboj, which also has annual revenues of over 20 million KM and is engaged in the sale of wood energy, wholesale liquefied petroleum gas and transport.
Part of the Hifa Oil Group is also the company Bitrol in Slovenia. The company is engaged in the sale and distribution of bitumen, as well as the sale of various products from the Hifa Oil Group. In addition, it also deals with wholesale of electricity.
The Group is strongly present in the furniture sector over the Nostro brand. The company called AS Nostro achieved revenues of about 6.6 million KM and profit of 40,256 KM. This company has employed 82 workers. In addition to all the listed, Izudin Ahmetlić owns several other smaller companies.
