“I thank the organizers on the invitation and the opportunity to address the occasion of the marking thirty years from the signing of the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Dayton Peace Agreement).
On behalf of the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, I express gratitude to NATO member states for concrete assistance, support and multidexical friendship.
After the dissolution of the former Yugoslavia, Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992. renewed its independence and became a full member of the United Nations. During the brutal aggression since 1992. until 1995. The Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina was the only entity of international law.
Independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country are confirmed by the 1995 Dayton Peace Agreement. Years. From the end of the aggression to date, Bosnia and Herzegovina has made significant progress.
Today, Bosnia and Herzegovina is located in front of the EU and NATO’s door. These are the strategic foreign policy goals, which unanimously adopted the state bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Unfortunately, the current implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement has not eliminated the threat of great-performing projects and separatist pursuit focused on the territorial, political, economic and cultural division of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ladies and gentlemen, the leadership of the Bosnian entity Republika Srpska (RS) does not respect the Dayton Peace Agreement. The paradox is that destructive anti-day action is experiencing its peak right at the time of marking the 30. anniversary of the Dayton Peace Agreement. The RS Entity Management, supported by Moscow and Belgrade, has launched a brutal attack on the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the end of February this year.

This attack on the fundamental provisions of the Dayton Peace Agreement still lasts and represents a serious threat of peace and stability. The current problem in Bosnia and Herzegovina is a primary security nature. The Dayton Peace Agreement brought us peace and thank you for that.
Help us to defend your legacy and do not allow Russia to open another front in the Western Balkans. The security crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not a local problem. It is the result of the aggressive action of Moscow through their proxies in the entity Republika Srpska.
Ladies and gentlemen, at the end of the address I want to underline that Bosnia and Herzegovina without changing constitutional solutions cannot count on long-term stabilization and faster development.
In the future process of the Constitutional Transformation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the following principles should be borne:
Our country needs a comprehensive democratic reform of the entire state, social and economic regulation, with the aim of being an individual as a free citizen.

The BiH Constitution should be based on the principles of civil democracy, with mandatory respect for the state’s multiethnic character.
The priority of all state bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina must be the implementation of the Judgment of the European Court of Human Rights.
In the end, it is necessary to be sharply opposed to each ethnic federalization of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as additional ethnic divisions.
