The President of the Organization “IPIL IPIL NO Kai” Toshiko has submitted that its organizations for many years donate cherry trees to all cities in BiH.
He says Mostar was especially here to express because they managed to preserve all the trees in it.
Bojan Spasojević from the City Administration of the City of Mostar spoke about the Japanese tradition “Hanami” consisting of watching and enjoying the flower cherries.
– Mostar is a city that has 236 trees in the city in many parks in the city with today’s day, and 43 trees were planted alone – Spasojević said in the narrow part of town.
Guests from Japan prepared traditional Macha tea this year, and the festival ended the planting of Japanese cherry cherry trees in Zrinjevac Park, and six were planted in total. By the way, the Japanese cherry “Kanzan” is a symbol of the arrival of spring, and is also called ornamental cherry.
In addition, awards and awards and allocation of awards for children of primary schools from all over BiH, which competed in the given topic, were also given to the festival, and the NGO IPIL IPIL NO KAI also prepared gifts and plaques for them.
With representatives of the Japanese NGO IPIL IPIL NO KAI, this year, the Festival also attended UNDP representatives.
The event has enriched the Croatian tin music of Mostar and Mostar Majorettes with their performance.
