The Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton has filed an indictment against Bega Gutić (55) from Banović Due to the existence of a reasonable suspicion that in three points in May 2020. year, as president of the Municipal Organization of the Democratic Action Party (Municipality of Banovići, in the acquisition of the benefits of influence, giving gifts or other forms of benefits and participation in the group of people that prevent people official person in performing an official action. The indictment was submitted to the Municipal Court in Banovići on confirmation.

“In connection with the information that appeared in the media on 29.09.2025. year, regarding the indictment against me by the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, I felt the need to address you, as well as the general public.
