“The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has made temporary measures to be temporarily placed outside the 27th legal acts adopted by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska. Everyone is obliged to respect the decisions of the Constitutional Court, including interim measures.
The entity Republika Srpska is obliged to act in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and domestic regulations and the competencies and decisions of domestic institutions, the Constitutional Council, the Court, the Prosecution, as well as the State Investigation and Protection Agency.
We invite all public officials to perform their duties in a professional and impartial way, in accordance with the law. Political pressures on civil servants must be stopped to leave the institutions at the state level.
