The Municipal Court of Tuzla accepted the Proposal of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton (30) and Asifa Džananović (34), due to the existence of an essential production and placing the narcotic drugs, and Džananović and possession and enabling the intake of the neat Drugs.
Reminded, in the action of the Ministry of the Interior of the Ministry of the Interior of the MUP Criminal Police, on the ordinance of the competent court, on Friday, 2025. Years, the trials of suspects, housing, during which a certain amount of drug cocaine, a digital scale, as well as other items that are brought in a relationship or originate from the execution of criminal offenses. After the trial, the suspected persons were deprived of liberty were performed, the criminal processing was performed and were submitted to the Prosecution. The suspects were examined in the Prosecution’s premises.
The orders on the implementation of the investigation are both suspects that they were procured on several occasions and sold consumers of narcotics cocaine. Also, during the trial, certain amounts of cocaine were found in the suspects.
The prosecutor has made an order to conduct an investigation, and investigative actions will continue in the next period.
