The Municipal Court of Tuzla accepted the Proposal of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton and set the custody for Nezila Šarić (36) from Tuzla due to the existence of a reasonable suspicion that the two criminal offenses endangered security.
There is a reasonable suspicion that Sarić was 18. It is also suspected that on 22. September 2025, in the presence of other persons, he addressed the witness in an earlier criminal proceedings, which was taken care of him, with his revenge plans, the police officer and the prosecutor with violent actions. Threats have caused fear and upset with witnesses, thus endangered by his safety.
We remind you, the TC Prosecution is conducting an investigation against Šarić and due to the existence of a reasonable doubt that in May this year, Bukovčići damaged 11 grinders and thus endangered the civilian family members of deceased persons.
Members of the OBP PU Tuzla were suspected of freedom, the criminal processing was performed and with the report on the committed crime was handed over to the Prosecution’s jurisdiction.
