Cantonal Court in Tuzla, in the criminal case against Erdžan Buljubašić, the accused for the crime of Murder in connection with the criminal offense of Possession and enabling the consumption of narcotic drugs, issued and publicly announced the first-instance non-final judgment in which the accused was found guilty and sentenced to prison, namely:
– for the criminal offense of Murder, a prison sentence of 10 years
-for the criminal offense of Possession and facilitating the consumption of narcotic drugs, a prison sentence of 4 months, and by applying the provisions on acquisition, sentenced him to a single prison sentence of 10 years and 2 months.
˝The accused was found guilty that on February 22, 2025, in the early morning hours, in the Tuzla neighborhood of Stupine, when the SS came to his apartment, he struck the left upper leg with the same knife, and the SS suddenly started bleeding. The accused then wrapped the victim in a blanket and left him in the stairwell of the building, then tried to clean and hide the traces of blood. In the meantime, on the floor of the building’s stairwell, as a result of external bleeding, which occurred as a result of damage to the femoral artery, SS died, the Tuzla Cantonal Court announced.
The accused was also found guilty of illegally possessing a certain amount of narcotic drugs in his apartment. After the verdict was pronounced, the defendant’s detention was extended, which can last a maximum of nine months, counting from the day the verdict was pronounced.
