On the main roads: Dobro Polje-Miljevina, Tuzla-Bijeljina and Jablanica-Blidinje, traffic is allowed for vehicles up to 3.5 tons, while traffic is still suspended for vehicles over 3.5 tons.
Due to road rehabilitation works, the section of the A-1 Kakanj-Lašva highway (with a length of 3 km) is closed, and vehicles are directed in two directions, on the opposite side of the highway.
On the A-1 highway sections: Sarajevo north-Podlugovi, Sarajevo west-Lepenica and Bijača-Počitelj (Hercegovina bridge), traffic has been diverted to the overtaking lane due to current works.
On the main road M-5 border crossing Izačić-Bihać, works are being carried out on the reconstruction of the bridge over the Mrižnica stream. Vehicles are diverted to a temporary detour (bypass) in the immediate vicinity of the works, alternating passing.
Works on the replacement of the dilation on the Ribić bridge, on the Konjic-Jablanica main road, are underway. It is a short section (20m), and traffic is slow, in one lane.
On the main road Srbac-Derventa, traffic is planned to be suspended until the end of June due to rehabilitation works. During the suspension, vehicles are diverted to the alternative route Srbac-Prnjavor-Derventa.
There are long lines of vehicles leaving Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Velika Kladuša, Gradina and Gradiška border crossings. At other border crossings, passenger vehicles, for now, do not wait longer than 10 to 30 minutes. Due to the registration of passengers according to the new system of exiting and entering the countries of the European Union (EES, Entry/Exit System), longer delays at border crossings are possible.
The Brčko border crossing is open for passenger vehicles up to 3.5 tons. From December 2, 2025, the Karakaj border crossing is open to all categories of vehicles. At the Šepak border crossing, traffic is prohibited for all cargo vehicles, BIHAMK announced.
