The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina condemned Dejana Pudar, former cashier in the Service Agency in the Air Navigation of BiH (Bhansa), for five years in prison for embezzlement in the service.
Pudar was found guilty because January 2014. By the end of November 2015, he made a property of 271,818,33 KM in the amount of BCHANSA accounting and orders for other employees and who did not happen.
It was found guilty and that, as a person authorized to raise and dispose of funds in BHANSA, he forged the accounts of the legal entity “Mrkulić Company Sarajevo” for the allegedly provided services of Bhansa.
The Court has partially adopted the Property Request of BHANSA, so the Pudar must pay off 271,818,33 KM within 30 days from the judgment’s final.
In the rest of the property, Bhansa is referred to a lawsuit.
Pudar undertakes to reimburse the costs of criminal proceedings, whose height will determine the court later.
In the short explanation of the judgment of the judge Biljana Ćuković, he made his decision on the basis of the Prosecution and the Prosecution, or could not determine that the accused had appropriated a certain amount that was found guilty, reported by the detector.
According to the indictment, that amount was 276,222.50 KM.
– The Court sentenced a fine of five years as it was adequate and that it would be achieved by the purpose of punishment, “said in the explanation of the Judgment Ćuković.
The accused and his defense did not attend the sentencing.
The appeal is allowed to this judgment by the Court of BiH’s Council.
