The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed an indictment against a total of 15 people. The Accused are charged with, acting as an organized group, during 2018. and 2019, on several occasions participated in a further dismissal of non-cities in BiH, which was committed by a group of people or the association for smuggling goods, smuggling, illicit trade in golden money and gold and removable or injury to an official stamp or sign.
The indictment included: Ćemal Prašović called “Fast”, born in 1955. in Sjenica, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Serbia; Ibrahim Nuray, born in 1956. in Rožaj, Montenegro, citizen of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Turkey; Sadija Hajdarević, born in 1960. in Zvornik, BiH citizen; Benjamin Džebić called “Benjo”, born in 1973. in Doboj, a citizen of BiH; Sanela Kljevic, born in 1980. in Doboj, the citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia; Zlatan Sokolović called “Zlaja”, born in 1985. in Gracanica, a citizen of BiH; Nedim Starčević, born in 1983. in Doboj, a citizen of BiH; Emir Gačanin called “Charlie”, born in 1965. in Mostar, a citizen of BiH; Miralem Nazdrajić called Miro, born in 1965. in Mostar, a citizen of BiH; Eldin Kurevic called “eki”, born in 1985. in Zenica, a citizen of BiH; Emir Beširević, born in 1979. in Sarajevo, a citizen of BiH; Smail Saracevic called “Pajo”, born in 1970. in Tešnj, a citizen of BiH; Alen Bradarić, born in 1980. in Doboj, a citizen of BiH; Munib Kahrović, born in 1962. in Prijepolje, a citizen of BiH and Semir Boretić, born in 1966. in Turija-Bihać, a citizen of BiH.
The indictment has been proposed permanent confiscation of property benefits obtained by criminal offense in total amounts, as follows: 251,177.11 KM; 9,495.00 euros; 200.00 Swiss francs; HRK 5,420.00; Gold lever 50 g, current market values 6,627 km; Neocated goods from precious metals with a total mass of about 174 kilograms (173,756,57 grams), the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH was announced.
