The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of Sarajevo Canton against Amile Demirović and Zenon Kosovic.
Amila Demirović is accused of criminal offenses of abuse of positions or authority and forgery of the official document, while Zenon Kosović is charged with a criminal offense assistance in counterfeiting the official documents.
Demirović is charged that as the Director of Administrative Affairs in the Association “Goethe Institute”, illegally had the money from the Association, with certain persons and crafts without a legal basis and writes them from transaction accounts of associations. Thus, it has obtained its asset benefit in the amount of 381,552.21 KM. Kosovic is charged as an employee, in the workplace of the Media Technician Association, although he knew that the documents containing false data, the Accused Demirović helped the defendation of incredible documents for posting. The Court for the proposal for the Prosecutor’s Prosecutor forbade the disposal of his mother’s disposal, to ensure the property benefit in the amount of 381,552,21 KM. The declaration was held, in which the accused pleaded not guilty.
For the main trial expected before the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo, the examination of 15 witnesses, two experts and the execution of about 300 material evidence was proposed, the KS Prosecution was announced.
