The European Central Bank (ECB) announced that Euro banknotes will be completely renovated – will be more modern, more colorful and safer.
Existing banknotes will remain in use even after the introduction of new ones, and the transition will be gradual.
The two main motives on new designs will be: “European culture” and “rivers and birds”.
The topic “European culture” will not cover only architectural buildings, but also historical figures that have left a mark in opera, science, literature and science.
The theme “Rijeka and Birds” will symbolize natural wealth, diversity and resistance of Europe.
