Since information on new process actions taken in the case was already emerging in the subject of the indictees and others, and in the public, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and appreciated that he issued an order for announcing an international warrant for the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and President of the RS National Assembly Nenad Stevandić.
On Wednesday 26. March, the Court of BiH received the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH to announce the international warrant for Milorad Dodik and Nenad Stevandić.
The basis for announcing the Prosecutor’s Office, who was also accepted, was established from the obviously undertaken of the Dodik’s Dodiks and Stevandić, which, avoiding the legally prescribed border control procedure and left the state border and left Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It is known that the suspect is currently in Israel, while the suspects of Stevandić, he even returned to the Probedness of the Procedure in Abroad in accordance with Article 446. paragraph 2 of the BiH CPC and the issuance of an international warrant, which is the court and betrayed.
