The quarterly paid program “10 BBI talent” was started with the aim of enabling young educated persons to acquire the first work experience in the banking sector, the BBI Bank was announced.
Structured tasks and training in various sectors of the Bank, with continuous support for mentors, ten selected students learn about banking processes, develops key business skills and builds a professional network of contacts.
The program was launched in 2023. in order to connect educated young people with the labor market, provide specific knowledge and enable direct work in projects that shape the bank’s daily business.
So far, 20 participants participated in the program, many of whom continued the professional career in the BBI Bank.

Young people bring freshness and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, which is especially important in the age of artificial intelligence. Through mentoring, training and open communication, we provide them the environment in which they can develop, learn and contribute from the first day. The multi-year realization of this initiative is a reflection of our social responsibility and at the same time constitutes a strategic investment in the future – said Sanela Mrgan-Balić, director of the Human Resources Sector in BBI Banks.
