The Sarajevo Stock Exchange received new members of the Supervisory Board.
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Shareholders held on 7th. August, the Arif Tuncay Ersaz (proposal of the Shareholders of Istanbul), Ammar Skaljić (Proposal of Sharehouses Mirsad Škaljić), Arijana Mutilović (proposal Shareholders AW Broker doo) and Suvad Bajramović (proposal of shareholders eBrokers doo).
The Sarajevo Stock Exchange Supervisory Board consists of the President and the President of the Prescribed Procedure in three categories or a member of the issuers, one member-employee with the issuer from the free market and three members who are elected from the category of other candidates, reports BA indicator.
The previous Supervisory Board of the Sarajevo Stock Exchange made Haris Kuskunović, President, Ammar Škaljić, Arif Tuncay Ersoz, Drago Vukoja and Sead Selman, Members.
