The Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Tuzla Canton sent the judge for the preliminary proceedings of the Municipal Court in Tuzla a proposal to order a one-month detention measure for Rifet Berković (37) from Tuzla, due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and placing on the market of narcotic drugs, in conjunction with the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons or explosive substances, as well as the criminal offense under Article 73 of the Law on Weapons and Ammunition of the Republic of Turkey.
