Investigators of the Criminal Police Sector of the Police Directorate of the MUP of the TK, acting on the reports of several individuals and legal entities, in which it is indicated that one person sends threatening and offensive content to them through information and communication technologies, arrested DO (54) from Tuzla.
In the previous period, he sent about 60 e-mail messages with threatening and offensive content to the holders of judicial institutions, but also to other economic entities and natural persons.
˝Investigators of the Criminal Police Sector of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Department of General Crime, acting on the reports of several physical and legal persons, in which it is indicated that one person sends threatening and offensive content to them through information and communication technologies, under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, and after conducting the necessary investigative actions, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that in the period from February 2025 to February 2026, on several occasions committed the criminal offense of “Violent Behavior” from Article 362 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in conjunction with the criminal offense of “Psychological Violence” from Article 181b, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the same Law, deprived of their freedom DO (1972) from Tuzla˝, it was announced from the Police Department of the MUP of TK.
During the investigation, it was established that in the previous period, the DO sent about 60 (sixty) e-mail messages with threatening and offensive content to the holders of judicial institutions, but also to other economic entities and natural persons, using information and communication technologies and social platforms, and with particularly brazen and reckless behavior and insults, he threatened the civil peace of the above-mentioned injured persons.
After the criminal investigation, the DO was handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Tuzla Canton along with the Report on the committed criminal offense.
