Police officers of the Police Department of the MUP TK – Criminal Police Department of the Gračanica Police Department are taking operational measures and actions with the aim of solving the crime of Robbery, which was committed by an unidentified person with a firearm threat against a casino worker in Gračanica on 04/01/2026. year, during which a certain amount of money and the central unit of the computer were stolen, came to know about the possible perpetrators of the same.
˝Further operational actions with the consent of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton and according to the Orders of the Cantonal Court in Tuzla, the investigators of the Criminal Police Department of the PU Gračanica, together with the officers of the Police Unit for Special Support, located the persons who are linked to the mentioned event, and searches of persons, residential buildings and vehicles used by them were carried out. During the search, as well as other actions carried out in the area of the city of Gračanica, temporarily confiscated items were found that are linked to the execution of the criminal offense in question (gun, mobile phones, clothes, etc.), as well as a certain amount of material that, by its appearance, is associated with narcotic drugs, said the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, TK.
In this regard, the persons LO, born in 1985, JI, born in 2005 and AI, born in 1984, all from Gračanica, were deprived of their liberty by order of the acting cantonal prosecutor, and they were handed over on Monday after criminal processing, along with a report with evidence, to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton for further action due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the crime of Robbery under Article 289, Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the Law of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in connection with Article 31 of the same Law (complicity), the police stated.
