On Tuesday, police officers of the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, Criminal Police Sector (Department for Combating Narcotic Drug Abuse) searched the house, auxiliary facilities and vehicles used by MH, born in Tuzla in 1987, in the area of Tuzla, working to prevent, detect and identify perpetrators of criminal offenses in the field of narcotic drug abuse.
During the search, the following items were found and confiscated: three packages containing plant material that looks like a narcotic drug, two packages containing a white substance that looks like a narcotic drug, a certain number of seeds that look like a narcotic drug, a precision measuring scale with traces of a white substance that looks like a narcotic drug, a rifle, five cartridges and four bullets. The found materials will be the subject of the necessary expert examinations, after which, like other evidence, they will be used in the further course of the procedure, announced the Police Directorate of the MUP of TK.
A criminal investigation was carried out on MH in the official premises, and a Report will be submitted against him to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed a criminal offense under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.
