In the area of the city of Gračanica, the police officers of the Police Department MUP TK/Criminal Police Sector/Department for the fight against narcotic drug abuse and the Gračanica Police Department, working to prevent the abuse of narcotic drugs and acting on the order of the Municipal Court in Gračanica and with the consent of the prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton, searched the buildings, yards and vehicles of the beneficiary D.Š., born in 1988 from Gračanica.
During the search, temporarily confiscated items were found that are linked to the criminal offense of Unauthorized production and placing on the market of narcotic drugs, namely: a certain amount of white and vegetable matter, which by its appearance is associated with narcotic drugs (packaged in several glass jars and PVC packages), brown lumps, which by their appearance are associated with narcotic drugs, two digital scales for precise measurement, a crusher with traces of plant matter, which by its appearance is associated with narcotic drugs narcotic drugs, a mobile phone and other items, it was reported from the Police Department of the MUP of TK.
The person D.Š. was deprived of his freedom and the same on 4.2.2026. year, after the criminal investigation, together with the Report on the committed criminal offense, was submitted to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton for further action due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed a criminal offense under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.
