On Tuesday, police officers from the Criminal Police Department of the Lukavac Police Department, with the assistance of police officers from the Lukavac Police Station and the Police Unit for Special Support of the Police Department of the MUP TK, and acting on the order of the Municipal Court in Lukavac, searched the house, auxiliary facilities and yard of the beneficiary AS (1994) from Lukavac.
During the search, the following items were found and temporarily confiscated: two rifles, a frame for an automatic rifle, a hand-held launcher, several pieces of anti-hail rockets, a large quantity of ammunition of various calibers (for automatic, semi-automatic and hunting weapons), a hand grenade, two hunting cameras, two bags with a red substance that is associated with explosives, fourteen (14) packages containing plant matter that is associated with narcotic drugs, a vacuuming device and other items that will be used in the evidentiary proceedings (seized materials will be subject to expert examination).
The person AS was deprived of his freedom and today, after the criminal investigation, he was handed over to the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton for further action, after the criminal investigation, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he has committed the crimes Illegal possession of weapons or explosive substances from Article 371 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs from Article 238 of the same Law, announced the Police Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
