Judicial institutions function normally, no person filed a request for departure, confirmed the first man of HJPC Sanin Bogunić. More precisely, no one is willing to leave the job and stay without existence due to Milorad Dodik. Resistance has, but the public is the earthquake fact that people from the warrants are freely moving and crossing international boundaries without arrest. The leaders of the institutions issued orders for their arrest and skillfully avoid media.

The judiciary manages investigations, however, the realization of the orders entered in the base of central searches should be carried out by police agencies, not the judiciary. For these reasons, we did not discuss the President of the Court and the Chief Prosecutor.”

“Judicial institutions at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina function in a completely normal way as well as a few days ago and how they will work on the session and the President of the Court and there is no person who expressed a desire to move to some other institutions”, Bogunić pointed out.
