Used residential properties in Slovenia – used apartments and houses – fell by 0.6 percent on a quarterly level.
The prices of used apartments increased by 1.1 percent, while those used family houses fell by 3.0 percent.
The apartments used mostly fell on the real estate market in Ljubljana, which in recent years it was hot, where prices fell by 0.3 percent. In Maribor, in the meantime, prices rose by 0.8 percent.
The new residential properties fell by 8.8 percent compared to the last quarter last year. The prices of new apartments fell 10.5 percent, while the prices of new family houses increased by 2.3 percent, seebiz.
Compared to the first quarter last year, the prices of residential properties increased by 3.2 percent. The most rose used apartments (+5.1 percent). They follow the coordinated family houses (+4.6 percent) and new family houses (+0.6 percent). The prices of new apartments decreased (-6.1 percent).
