The first will be Information on the collapse of the legal system in Bosnia and Herzegovina in violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
Today, NSRS could begin an attempt to ban the activities of BiH judicial authorities in this entity, as well as the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA).
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH sent a document to the President of the National Socialist People’s Republic of Serbia, Nenad Stevandić, requesting “the provision of information and the provision of legal assistance” in the context of the session.
The request is based on the Law on Criminal Procedure of Bosnia and Herzegovina and available data that indicate the suspicion of committing multiple criminal acts.
It is assumed that the NSRS is trying to defend the President of the RS, Milorad Dodik, from going to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he has been on trial for several months for disobeying the decisions of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of the conclusions could refer to the process against Milorad Dodik, that is, that he no longer attends the trial in the pre-trial proceeding against the President of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
