New records on Wall Street after the US and Vietnam Agreement

At Wall Street, the S & P 500 and NASDAQ index reached new record levels because the investors encouraged the agreement under which the US will charge for almost all Vietnamese products from 20 percent.

Dow Jones weakened 0.02 percent, 44,484 points, but the S & P 500 strengthened 0.47 percent, at 6,227 points, and the NASDAQ index 0.94 percent, at 20,393 points.

After the day before slipped from record levels, the S & P 500 and NASDAQ index yesterday had recovered those losses. At the very beginning of yesterday, the indices were in the minus because investors disappointed weaker data on the private sector employment than expected, which indicates the weakening of the US labor market, and thus economies.

“Data on weakening of the economy can be interpreted differently. The central banking market could encourage the central bank to reduce the employment, would be negative for the growth of the economy and earnings.

In the second part of trading indexes, they compensated for previous losses and trading ended in a positive area. Namely, the investors encouraged the message from the White House that the United States and Vietnam was achieved by the Trade Agreement, according to which the US will charge the US in the future for the import of almost all Vietnamese products.

In addition, the White House was said to be able to reach a trade agreement soon with India, although not the default deadline from 9. July. “Investors have somewhat encouraged progress in trade negotiations. A deal with Vietnam is welcome news,” says Awad.

The new record levels of S & P 500 and NASDAQ indexes are most likely to thank the growth of shares of several technological giants, such as Nvidia, Apple and Tesla. The price of the Tesla section jumped 5 percent, recovering losses from the previous day, despite the news of the large decline in the number of electrical vehicles in the second quarter.

And on most European stock exchanges, shares rose yesterday. However, the London FTSE index weakened 0.12 percent, at 8,774 points, but Frankfurt Dax strengthened 0.49 percent, 23,790 points, and the Parisian CAC 0.99 percent, on 7,738 points, Hina transmitted.
