When the driver of the “Golf 6” car turned on from the plateau of the gas station first to the left and then changed movement to the right lane at a speed of about 20-30 km/h, the BMW hit the front left side with the right side of the Golf, and the Golf was thrown, rotated and overturned.
Amar Sejdinović (22) from Banović, who was in the back seat of the ‘golf’, died as a result of his injuries, and six other people from both vehicles were seriously and lightly injured. A parked vehicle and a newsstand were also damaged as a result of the collision of the BMW.
The accused was sentenced to a security measure – a ban on driving a “B” category means of transport for a duration of 4 years, with the provision that the time spent in prison is not included in the duration of this measure.
