The Prosecution proposed detention in accordance with Article 146. paragraph 1 of the BiH Criminal Procedure, due to the existence of fears that the suspects could interfere with witnesses, complicants, and the circumstances that may repeat the criminal offense.
The court accepted the Prosecution Proposal and determined custody for a month, which will count from the moment of deprivation of the freedom of the suspect.
From the cantonal prosecutor’s office, the investigation continues, and with the aim of protecting juvenile victims and the interests of the proceedings, no additional details can be taken at this time.
