In the operational action of the Code name “TNT”, which is the result of a multi-month operating-tactical work, a complete production plant was performed to celebrate the trademarks of protected and other brands of world brands (YSL, Nike, Adidas, Miu Miu, Chanel, Boss et al.).
The drive was 4 complete CNC laser machines, foreign origin, specially set to mark different types of goods (shirts, sneakers, hats, jackets, bags, etc.), and one laser printer. For the mentioned machines and the Printer owner did not possess any documentation on origin, ie proof that the same passed the regular customs procedure when entering the Customs area of BiH. The building also found and already marked by foreign origin, ready for further distribution, for which the owner also did not possess any documentation on origin.
This is one of the most significant shares of this type in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has been implemented by the Indirect Taxation, which is an indicator of a determined fight against such and similar forms of crime and counterfeiting the goods, and thus application of the BiH market damage.
The total value of temporarily confiscated goods is approximately 300,000.00 KM.
Machines were found against the persons found by law prescribed measures and actions, in accordance with applicable regulations.
